1986

S�rgio Ferrari became inspired by his mother's craft production and saw a dream building up. With the idea of having a small-size textile company, manufacturing adult garments, he named the company "Sol Tropical" (Tropical sun).

1997

A new phase begun. The company earned a new headquarters and its name was changed to TEX COTTON. Its focus started to be the child-juvenile range.

2005

In the beginning, Tex Cotton used to manufacture clothes for large magazines. In 2005, it conquered the HELLO KITTY licensing. In 2007, it conquered the PUCCA licensing and became the main supplier for the child-juvenile garment department at Renner Stores.

2008

Licensing opened new roads and Tex Cotton released its own brands for the multi-brand retail market. The "Anim�" brand came up to compete with great brands. Today the brand appears as one of the most remembered ones and sought in the market of infantile fashion in Brazil.

2010

Start-up of "Authoria", a brand created for teenagers. Soon after its release, the mark began standing out brilliantly, a success that keeps growing until nowadays.

2011

Release of "Momi", a brand intended for little girls from 1 to 8 years of age. On every new collection, it disputes more room with a select group of brands in the area.

2013

Birth of "Anim� Petite", a brand intended for garment sizes from 1 to 8 years of age.

2016

The success obtained with the other brands of the group showed the opportunity to create "Momi Mini", a brand intended for the little ones, with sizes from 1 to 6 years of age.

2017

Birth of "Anim� Beb�", a garment range created to serve the babies' universe. It uses all of the Anim� personality, such as the modelling, materials and finishing, providing more comfort to the babies

2018

The Tex Cotton-brand has been fully reformulated. A new symbol was born to synthesize our history and purpose.

2019

Tex Cotton buys the old Sulfabril industrial complex at auction. A deep reform is initiated in the new facilities, which add up to 45,000 m�.

2020

At the request of many fans, Momi finally reaches the universe of babies. The brand's unmistakable cuteness is even more evident in the smaller sizes.

2020

Identifying new opportunities, the group's first male children's brand was created. Youccie arrived with a lot of attitude to dress boys, with sizes ranging from 0 to 18 years.

2021

A new phase begins for Tex Cotton. The new headquarters in Blumenau, concludes a great part of its work.

Due to the good results achieved at our Otac�lio Costa unit, the company is being moved to a new manufacturing facility in the city. The new manufacturing facility, with 5,500 square meters, is not only significantly larger but also designed to offer a layout adapted to the company�s future needs and objectives.

2025

Bimbi was born from the curious gaze of a child, where imagining is as real as playing. We create clothes that accompany everyday discoveries, questions, and inventions, full of color, shape, and freedom. We believe in childhood as a creative territory, where the world is full of color and every detail can become a story, an adventure, and an expression.
